Alongside our Yoga classes, we also offer Pilates classes in Business Bay at Dhyana Dubai. One of the many benefits our students enjoy is semi-private tuition in each and every equipment class – since there are never more than 4 people practising Pilates at Dhyana at any one time. Which means you can enjoy a semi-private class for a group class price.

Our teachers are classically trained in Joseph Pilates’ unique fitness method and we have the very best high tech equipment including Reformer, Chair and Cadillac machines.

Joseph Pilates called his unique body conditioning method ‘Contrology’ and first created the Pilates mat series combining moves from disciplines such as classic callisthenics, yoga and dance.

Recognizing that the work was very challenging and to help his students to succeed in their practice, he created the Pilates apparatus (equipment) which helps you to connect to your muscles, helps to give you awareness and teaches you how to use your body so you can do the Mat work and simply move more efficiently.

The repertoire that Pilates equipment provides is extremely versatile, ranging from the fundamental to advanced level exercises.
