Our kid’s Yoga sessions teach children how to relax and how to become more flexible through breathing techniques such as Pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation exercises. The classes usually include exercises such as sun salutations (warm-up), standing poses (stretching), seated poses (stretching), inversions (inverted postures), and forward bends (bending forward).
Each kid’s Yoga course will allow parents to watch their children while they learn something new that will contribute to their overall growth into healthier individuals.
